You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments, fees, taxes, and deposits are disclosed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment partners to process payments using your selected payment method. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected billing cycle until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by product, service, and rate plan. If a cancellation is permitted, it must be made before the specified cutoff time. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days.
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited actions include: unauthorized access, interference with system integrity, scraping, uploading malicious code, infringing intellectual property, or violating applicable laws.
The Services, including content, branding, and design, are owned by LatoniLux or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
If you submit content (reviews, feedback, images), you grant LatoniLux a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for service-related purposes.
The Services may link to third-party sites or services. LatoniLux is not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” LatoniLux disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LatoniLux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
